Medical Care Company, which is a closed shareholding subsidiary, is the Holding Company’s investment arm in the medical field. The contributions of Medical Care Company take various forms as follows:

  • Establishment of specialized and public hospitals, medical clinics, specialized clinics; as well as medical and health centers, dispensaries, physiotherapy centers, beauty and hair treatment centers, medical rehabilitation centers, Chinese acupuncture centers, and the establishment of pharmacies.
  • Operation and management of hospitals and specialized radiation centers; operation of diabetes treatment centers, obesity and nutrition centers, medical centers for the examination of workers, and pre-marriage medical examination centers.
  • Operation of medical laboratories, dental clinics and orthodontics centers; the operation of specialized clinics for the disabled; ophthalmology centers, as well as centers specialized in dermatology and infertility, cardiac centers, psychiatric centers, transplant centers and addiction treatment centers.
  • Wholesale and retail trading of medical devices, educational equipment, teaching and training aids and equipment, audio and visual equipment, in addition to all medical supplies and cosmetic accessories, as well as equipping pharmacies.

The Institution is concerned with the transformation of healthcare diagnosis into numeric codes (in the ninth revision of the International Classification of Diseases “ICD-9”) or into alphanumeric codes (in the tenth revision of the International Classification of Diseases “ICD-10”) to describe diseases, injuries and medical procedures through a detailed analysis supported by an excellent knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology such as population system models in epidemiology which includes the determinants of connections among individuals.

Dari International Co. Ltd. For Investment & Real Estate Development

The Company provides a wide range of services in connection with real estate and buildings starting from the construction process of real estate, residential units, commercial complexes, hotels, and other construction projects. The Company also provides a high standard of management and operation of commercial malls, hotels restaurants and commercial markets through employing a qualified team of managers who have a track record of extensive management experience. Gulf Constructions Center

The Center undertakes public construction and contracting projects. It also plays an important role in street lighting and cleaning works; in addition to maintenance of buildings and facilities, operation of equipment and machinery.

The Office provides real estate construction services starting from the planning phase through the engineering drawings and up to the final hand-over of highly efficient deliverables.

Lareen Catering Company offers catering services and all types of buffets either for VIP or Top VIP events. The company also provides other catering services such as offering corporate meals for groups of any size. Asilah Farms

Asilah Farms in Al-Qassim Region forms a significant experience to the Group as it adopts advanced agricultural procedures and techniques. Asilah Farms produce seasonal crops such as dates, vegetables, citrus and fruits; as well as practices breeding of cattle and some farm animals.

The Company is to be deemed a corporate role model, in terms of administration and finance, for other educational subsidiaries to the Holding Company.

Dari International Limited Company for Investment & Real Estate Development

The company represents another quantum leap forward to the boom the Kingdom manifests in construction and real estate investments. The Company also forms an extension to the ongoing efforts of AlZwaied Group’s vision in the construction field, which is supported by the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.

The Company is seeking to galvanize its efforts and proceed with the execution of its projects. It aims to exploit the vast areas of land it owns to enrich the Kingdom’s real estate and construction market.

The Company is specialized in establishing medical facilities equipped with the latest technologies and selecting the best specialized, well-trained medical competencies. The Company provides high quality medical services in alignment with the state-of-art technologies in the medical field. The investments of Ibrahim Musa Al-Zwaied & Sons Holding Company in the educational system, represented in Al-Ghad Company for Education and Investment, is deemed the company’s investment arm in the educational system. Some of the significant contributions of Al-Ghad Company for Education and Training include the following:

  1. Establishment and operation of schools for students of all educational stages in both Arabic and English languages;
  2. Establishment of private colleges;
  3. Establishment of Health Institutes;
  4. Establishment of Higher Training Institutes;
  5. Establishment of specialized training institutes for women;
  6. Establishment of training and vocational centers;
  7. Establishment of vocational institutes and centers, as well as schools and institutes for people with special needs.

In this sector, the Holding Company owns and manages the following educational and training institutions:

1. Al-Ghad International Colleges for Applied Medical Sciences

These colleges provide high-education and are fully owned by Al-Ghad Limited Company for Education and Training. They operate under the supervision of the Ministry of Education. The curricula of the offered programs have been approved by the Ministry pursuant to the Minister of Education’s Letter No. 75004 dated 18th of Ramadan, 1430 A.H. These Colleges operate in the cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Madinah, Abha, Buraidah, Tabuk, Najran and will shortly operate also in Jazan. All Colleges consist of a section dedicated for males and another section for females, except Najran College which consists only of a section for males.

Through these Colleges, the company offers Bachelor’s Degree Programs in order to qualify medical expertise in specialties such as Nursing, Emergency Medicine, Health Services Administration, Medical Imaging, and Medical Laboratory Science.

2.Al Ghad Model Schools

These schools offer basic education starting from the kindergarten stage through secondary stage. Al-Ghad Model schools in Buraidah are divided into two sections, one for males and the other for females.

3. Manarat Al-Qassim Schools

These schools are similar to Al-Ghad Model Schools as they also pursue the educational process. Manarat Al-Qassim Schools are also divided into two sections, one for males and the other for females.

4. The Specialized Female Training Institute for Science and Technology

The Institute serves the Saudi visions towards raising the proficiency and skills of Saudi women to become qualified for various available female jobs. Examples of these jobs include cosmetics and beauty specializations, administrative and office jobs, accounting and computer science jobs.

5. Al-Ghad Higher Academy for Training

The Academy, established in 1433 A.H., provides training services in specialized fields. The delivered curricula have been carefully prepared to serve the local needs of the market. The most significant specializations include accounting, marketing, occupational safety and industrial security, information technology, computer science and self-development areas.

These educational services are prepared and modeled on the widely taught curriculum in the world’s largest educational and training institutions. The company is also committed to train the teaching and training staff. All these activities are under the umbrella and supervision of the Ministry of Education.
